These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and messaging provided by Pynk Pest Control, LLC (“Pynk Pest Control,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, using our services, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Pynk Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services in the Treasure Valley, Idaho, including recurring treatment plans and the related scheduling, communication, and follow-up that go with them.
Pricing is custom to each property and situation. We'll provide a clear quote before any work begins, and there's no obligation to proceed. Quotes may be valid for a limited time and may change if the scope of work or property conditions differ from what was described.
Payment is due as described in your quote or service agreement.
We'll coordinate service appointments with you in advance. You're responsible for providing safe access to the areas that need treatment (for example, gates unlocked and pets secured). If we can't access the property at a scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.
You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us. For recurring plans, you may cancel future service by letting us know.
If pests return between your scheduled treatments, we'll come back at no extra charge. If the problem keeps coming back after repeated treatment, you get your money back.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To get the best results, we may ask you to complete simple preparation steps before or after a treatment (for example, keeping pets and children off treated areas until dry). We'll explain any precautions in advance. Following these instructions is your responsibility and helps keep everyone safe and the treatment effective.
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill and apply all products according to their label directions. Pest activity depends on many factors, and while we work hard to control it, we can't guarantee a specific outcome beyond the Pynk Guarantee described above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pynk Pest Control is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our services or messaging after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
